Those who are clear about SPM syllabus are qualified. You must know the most recent syllabus and format of SPM and provide suitable notes and tips. Command in English needn't to be too expert since we can use programmes to check that back but you must be determined to provide as many notes and possible. You must be very recent about local or overseas universities. You need to be always updated with informations about courses, tests and applications. You are allowed to extend your team by putting in announcement for education fair, talk and more... etc.
